Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused and in original packaging

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or worn products
  • Minor variations in color or texture

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • It may take 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Replacement

Replacement is available if:

  • You receive a damaged or wrong item

You must report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  2. Share product issue with proof
  3. Our team will guide you further

Shipping

  • Return shipping may be paid by the customer
  • If the issue is from our side, we cover the cost
